No note today! All of Italy is on holiday for Pasquetta, literally “Little Easter”. Tradition (weather permitting) is to take all the leftovers from yesterday’s meal and head to the countryside for a picnic. The rationale is that after eating for hours on end yesterday, it is necessary to eat and drink again this time while loafing under the sun on a picnic blanket . . as this is good for you, following the Italian outdoors=healthy equation.
Therefore Buona Pasquetta to all. A domani!
