Email & Image Filtering Problems
In this section you will find the instructions on how to change your email program filter settings in order to ensure delivery of the Notes (and keep them from ending up in your junk folder). You will also find instructions if you're receiving the Notes without any images.
Basically, the general solution is to add "info@italiannotebook.com" (without quotes) to your address book or safe senders list.
If you don't find the info you need, please contact us. We'll answer you and include it here for future users. Thanks!

Others
If you're not receiving Notes from Italian Notebook, they are probably being blocked by your email program, ISP (internet service provider) or employer who think they are spam.
Some options are to :
Contact your ISP or employer's IT dept. and ask them to address the issue. Ask them to stop blocking emails from Italian Notebook. They can add italiannotebook.com to their safe-list: the IP addresses they'll need is 72.47.220.68
In some cases you can make changes yourself to the safe-list if you're using a web-based email program. Find the settings or options section of your email program and add either "italiannotebook.com" (without quotes) if it requests a webpage, or "info@italiannotebook.com" if it asks for an email address. You can also simply try adding "info@italiannotebook.com" to your address list or safe-senders list.
